Our Student Information Services division can provide you with full support for all your student information needs. A sampling of what you can expect from us includes: - Unlimited telephone support
- On-site training for new modules, staff replacement, refreshers
- System administration, setup, maintenance, security, and software updates
- Direct access to your school's data via remote desktop tools so that we see what you see
- Complete ADE SAIS reporting support by the acknowledged SIRS SAIS experts
Our primary system is Student Information Records Systems (SIRS) from Management Information Group (MIG), which provides a wide range of options to meet your school and district needs, like: - SIRS comes with a large number of built-in system reports such as demographics, birthday lists, count reports, add/drop reports, family lists, and a label wizard.
- Because SIRS is modular, your school can buy only the modules that are useful to you.
- Your school can also purchase a user defined report writer as a separate module for even greater reporting capability and flexibility.
- Attendance modules for daily or period attendance include many detail reports, staff reports, statistical reports and attendance letters. There are wizards for easy data entry, visual attendance taking for teachers, and global update functions.
- Grading can be customized to meet the needs and requirements of each individual school.
- Powerful scheduling, a master board building tool, and an easy and flexible walk-in scheduler are just some of the excellent scheduling tools .
- Discipline, suspensions, and activity tracking modules are available with appropriate reports.
- Fee modules produce invoices that you can tie to courses.
- In the Health module, you can track health office visits, immunizations, assessments, and screening. Reports help identify students who are deficient in the appropriate immunizations.
- Achievement test tracking is available with import functions to handle data from test vendors.
- Linked Web-based modules allow families and teachers access via a secure Internet connection.
- Special Education IEP writer.
- Central student registry for a combined district level database.
- Fully functional ADE SAIS reporting.
There are many reasons why becoming a part of the ETC consortium will benefit you and your district. First of all, we will become your central point of contact for all your student information services. No more spending hours or days tracking down the information and answers you need because we're just a phone call away. You'll also benefit from the economies of scale that are created when the services needed by many schools are aggregated, saving you money and contributing to a large knowledge base. And, because of our association with Northern Arizona University, you receive access to state contract pricing and other resources.

Cool Savings
- You'll spend substantially less than hiring a local support person while receiving four people instead of one dedicated to your service (our school services support team) without ever having to worry about vacations, sick leave, or staff turnover.
- For an elementary district of seven schools, if we can help you recover just five to six students, that alone will cover the cost of our services.
SAIS Experts
- When it comes to SIRS and SAIS reporting, we're the Arizona experts. Our strong relationships with MIG and the ADE, in conjunction with our years of experience, means you get excellent results, accurate reporting, and never get caught in the middle.
- We are always the featured speakers at Arizona MIG User Conferences for SAIS sessions and have produced much of the documentation used by both member and non-member schools.
SIRS Experts
- We handle the SIRS background functions, including setup, security, administration, and maintenance so that your staff can focus on their jobs (they won't need to become SIRS experts).
- We get to know our schools and their staff personally so we know what kind of things they do and why (such as special GPA calculations, team scheduling, etc). With our access to a school's data, we can provide a far higher level of support than MIG can, and take responsibility for correcting problems.
- We tailor your on-site training to your school and your personnel. We also provide refresher courses and training for new staff, to cover any turnover you might experience. When you purchase new modules, we'll assist with their implementation and provide training.
ADE Updates
- Included as a part of our services are the ADE Updates. This informative mailing keeps our members informed about updates and changes in the ADE requirements. In addition to our diligent monitoring of the ADE Web site, we also attend as many meetings as possible to assure that our members will know the ADE expectations. We often send weekly updates regarding SIRS changes or issues.
- This very popular mailing is also available to non-members for $800 annually.
